"Irish Whiskey" World Premiere Receives Rave Reviews from Audience!

Here's what moviegoers are saying:

"It reminded me of the first time I cried at a movie."
"I saw my husband in the lead character—It opened my eyes and changed my life."
"wonderful performances, l loved it!"

A record crowd stayed on after the World Premiere of Whiskey to personally meet and talk with writer/director Jon Stevens and his talented cast and crew. Viewers wanted to know how they shot such a wonderful film in 22 days on 35mm film for $28,000 cash! They also wanted to know if it was a true' story because they saw their own lives being revealed.

The answer is YES if anyone has dealt with the issues of alcoholism, bigotry, anger, corruption, racism or intolerance in their family. The heart of Irish Whiskey is its honest and courageous script that follows the turbulent lives of an Irish American family brought together on Thanksgiving day. We intimately participate in this day of thanks as it turns into a day of chaos when suppressed feelings and hidden truths finally erupt. This film opens the door to the skeletons in the closet and opens our eyes to these issues that cannot be ignored.

Irish Whiskey is dramatic and humorous. It leads us to revelations and acceptance through a turbulent and emotional ride that begins on Thanksgiving Day and ends seven months later at a double Irish wedding. Join us for the next ride on January 25' at 12:00pm at Courtyard Theater B. Experience for yourself what others are raving about. See Irish Whiskey and meet the people who made the film a reality!
